comfortable stay but minor service gaps
The room was spacious and the huge bathroom offered a welcome retreat. I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness, which made for an enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, the availability of Starbucks in the lobby made my mornings easier, providing a convenient start to my day.
However, service was inconsistent.

Couples looking for a special getaway
I was really impressed by the personalized touch when I celebrated my girlfriend's birthday. The staff congratulated her on arrival and even left a birthday card with a little dessert in our room. The bartender named Belene made our night nice, her skill in crafting cocktails was excellent and she had just the right friendly vibe
It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still acceptable

Staying in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was a delight, with a huge and clean bathroom providing a spacious retreat. The rooftop bar offered a fantastic ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Although the parking fee felt high, the ease of walking to the nearby concert venue was a significant perk. Unfortunately, the elevator service could be slow at times, and I had a less-than-stellar experience at the restaurant with staff being inattentive to our needs.

The King Room, Hearing Accessible stood out with its spacious layout and soundproofing features, which made it feel like an oasis from the hustle outside. The indoor pool area provided a nice touch of luxury, perfect for relaxation after a long day.
One major downside was the $20 nightly self-parking fee despite the lack of visible security in the garage, which left me feeling a bit uneasy about my vehicle. Additionally, the slow elevator service often tested my patience. On one occasion, I walked into the Sweetsong restaurant and felt neglected by the staff, making for a less-than-ideal dining experience.

The stay was great, especially due to the quality of the room and the fantastic rooftop bar. We enjoyed the convenience of having Starbucks in the lobby, which made our mornings easier. Everything was clean, and we had an absolutely comfortable experience, making it perfect for attending the concert next door.

The Sweetsong restaurant served up some epic American pancakes that were pure bliss! Plus, the lobby staff were super helpful, even amidst the concert chaos—just awesome! And my King Room was an oasis—spacious and clean, I felt right at home.
Now, that $20 charge for self-parking kinda stung, especially without visible security in the garage. I know valet's cool, but seriously, I just wanted a safe spot near the action without feeling robbed!

Elevators were a bit slow at times.

The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was huge, offering plenty of space. I self-parked in the garage, which had no visible security but was convenient with my room key for access. The $20 nightly parking fee felt a bit steep considering the lack of security. However, I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Breakfast included with the stay was decent, and the food at the on-site restaurant, Sweetsong, was delicious. One major downside was the slow elevator service, which could be frustrating at times. Staff responsiveness fluctuated. I felt ignored at the upstairs bar where nobody greeted us for drinks even after sitting there for 10 minutes. Even with these issues, I enjoyed the overall atmosphere and comfort of my stay. It’s a lovely place but could improve on staff engagement, especially during busy times.
